Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I love Olive Garden, let me start by saying that. Due to the pandemic, I decided to place a online order. This was my first time doing so. Once my order was placed, I received a confirmation to my email to let me know it was received and the time I can pick up. Once I arrived, I called to let them know I was there and what slot I was parked in. She let me know I was early and my order wasn't quite ready. We sat there and watch everybody in the parking lot receive their order. After sitting there for almost an hour, I called to see where's my order. Within only minutes of me calling, out comes my order. I said all that to say, don't give a time if you can't honor that time. Had I not already paid, I would've left. That's was entirely too long. And the 3 stars is only because the food was hot and delicious.

Great food (soup) on a cold winters day. Also the service was great. Waiter(he) was very attentive.

Great...just hate their selection is smaller now
