    I've had the opportunity to frequent this place being from Jackson, MS. I've played here many times (drums). It's truly the last of a dying breed...a good old-school juke joint. It's BYOB....just buy your "set-up". Food is good and the blues is rockin'. If you love the old school juke joint feel...this place is for you. If you are looking for a fancy building and a stage with big lights, keep it moving. This place is like stepping back in time. A "must do" every time I go home to visit. I love this place.

    A spot on the Mississippi Blues Trail many people might miss. We didn't and enjoyed stopping in and chatting with owner Chellie (he's discussed on the Blues Trail sign) and some of the regulars. A classic juke joint. Food and drink are available and plenty of history on the walls. Keeping the blues alive!
