    The overall visit What's good Nachos bellgrande likes something to the desired they werent worth a flub. Everything else looks good

    I ordered online (5 minutes) ahead of time thinking it would be faster. When I arrived I drove up to the ordering menu speaker to give them my name. She then asked me to drive back around to the front entrance door. So I did as she asked where I waiting about 5-10 minutes then she brought them out to the car. I ordered a large drink with my meal but she forgot it. When I told her she said I didn't have a drink so I just left. Was tired of waiting and didn't have time to make a fuss o er a drink. Other than that w everything was good

    I had the most pleasant customer service experience at the drive thru yesterday (10.11.20) a little after noon. The lady taking my order actually made me smile with the pleasant way she took my order. She also assured me the sweet tea I ordered would be good and it certainly was! Then, the two ladies I encountered at the window were nice, professional and organized. Just thought good customer service needed to be recognized. Oh and my food was fresh!
