Peppertown Restaurant

This is the classic off the beaten path country restaurant. My whole family loved it. We paid $21 (plus tip) for four people for breakfast.

Adorable decor. Quick service. The menu was simple but had a decent amount of variety. It’s not my thing, but they have chocolate gravy and biscuits. It was clean and comfortable.

Would absolutely patronize again. Don’t let the muddy parking lot fool you.

This place is adorable! I mean it is so cute and so down home. Reminded me of the local diner on the Andy Griffith Show! The place is small and so cozy, extremely clean and the staff was so friendly. We happened across this gem on our way back to Alabama after being in Tennessee for an Elton John concert. If you're ever near by it is definitely the place to stop in for a quick bite. You have to try the cheeseburger & onion rings! Best cheeseburger I've ever had. Everything was freshly made and the waitress was so sweet and attentive. The prices were great too. Although we live in Alabama we have already decided this place is worth the drive and we'll be eating there again soon! Also I included this picture of the restroom door because it was just so cute!

This place was really down-to-earth & well worth going a little out of our way to eat. Tiny place, tiny parking but worth the wait! We had the cheeseburgers - you can tell they were fresh, hand shaped & the toppings were super fresh. Mine had everything (lettuce, onions, tomato, mustard, mayo) & each bite was perfect; typically they are in a hurry & everything is on only half or falling off. The fries are crinkle-cut, our fav, & perfectly cooked. We will be back!

Awesome food, great atmosphere. Small restaurant that has been around for 30+ years. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with onion rings. The chicken was tender, onion rings fresh and crispy. Great people. Will definitely be back.
