Evergreen Steak and Oysters

Great dining experience would recommend this restaurant to anyone who's in the area.

My 2nd time returning last night and I had the goat cheese dip and pompano and your husband had the filet. It was all amazing and my server was Gracie and she was the best! Very knowledgeable about the the food and cocktail menu. We love the place and will return!
*Ask for Gracie she will take good care of you!

Superb food! Very small menu but every dish delights, my wife even talked me into trying the pickled oysters and it's not what you think, very gourmet and worth the bite! Incredibly attentive staff and very fun outdoor dining section, just loved this restaurant, highly recommend and we'll definitely be back!

The ambiance is that of an eclectic experience where European flair meets American cuisine. From its’ entry of historic paintings to the table with a chef’s twist on local agriculture, this venue offers a world renown appreciation of the arts. Guaranteed to have one finding themselves feeling at home and abroad. After such a lovely experience sharing Sunday Brunch with close friends, I had to return for an intimate dinner and another fabulous time over an authentic and fulfilling meal.

Found this walking downtown OS. Sat at table in the bar and watched college basketball with soft jazz playing in the background. Classy but not stuffy. Great lighting but still soft atmosphere.
Started with the Rillons. INCREDIBLE!!! I could have stopped here. If more than two of you order an additional plate. One plate is plenty for 2-3 but you will want more. Has to be the best single dish I’ve ever had at a restaurant. RILLONS!! Don’t miss it.
My entree was the Short Rib over grits. Great dish. I was full from the Rillons (AWESOME) and I still ate every bite. Dish was completely clean. Very tender and no wasted fat. Grits were perfect consistency. Will try the filet next time but always starting with the Rillons.
Entire staff was nice and service was timely. Young servers so not great details on questions about the menu or just feedback/conversation in general but often that’s preferred by customers so not a big deal.
Highly recommend as a must stop when in OS.
