    Absolutely love this place and everything about it! KU is kind, accommodating, and passionate about healthy, amazing food. I cannot speak highly enough about this business. Made with love and avocados- no room for improvement in my opinion!

    Kristin puts so much thought into the food she prepares for the coast. There are so few places around here to get high-quality and whole 30 friendly meals. I love that I can grab anything out of her cooler and feel good about what I’m eating. Her food is delicious and the portions are huge. Love prep!

    My wife and I called to try to get a gift card for my mother in law’s birthday. The shop was already closed for the day, but the owner came back in so we could have the gift card for the dinner that night. We are so thankful for the kind gesture.
