Trilby's is beautiful and classy on the inside and the staff was phenomenal! I had the trout Tribly and it was the best trout I've ever had! I highly recommend it! I was with a party of eight and everything came out quickly and accurately. Everyone was happy with their dishes. We will definitely be coming again!

We've been looking forward to this evening for 6 months, and needless to say, it did not disappoint. Kristen, our server, was phenomenal and very personable with her service. Anyone would be lucky to have her on their wait staff. Thank you for making our night so special.

We would have to recommend the Flounder Bourre and the Trout Trilby! Both dishes were perfect, especially paired with the creamed spinach!

To the chef and bar tender. Thank you for everything. My wife is obsessed with the lemon-drop martini she had.
Will be coming back very soon!

Lovely venue with an amazing playlist, really well prepared food, cocktails, and dessert. We had the bacon wrapped figs, steak frittes, and chocolate bread pudding. Service was exceptional 👌. We ordered an expensive bottle of wine so pushed the pp costs up, is priced at an excellent value for quality dining experience. It'll be our new go to dinner spot.

First time here and I’m not disappointed. We had Trout Trilby and pasta. Then we had creme brulee for dessert and it was delicious. The service was great. There is nothing more to say because I will definitely come back here again.

Went to Trilby's in Ocean Springs last night. Made reservations for 5:00 ( read somewhere that reservations were required) we were met at the door by multiple people. The setting and decorations were very nice tables and seating comfortable. It is a small restaurant. The hostess was wonderful she chatted with us when we arrived and when we left. Our waitress Kaitlyn did a good job although she seemed like she was having a bad day and was not very engaging. I did notice that other servers were much more engaging with their tables. The restaurant opens up at 5:00 so we were her first table. The menu is small, which they are very clear about on the website. They want to do small dishes very well instead of having large menus which we are more than happy with. Unfortunately the kitchen was out of the bacon-wrapped figs as an appetizer, they had ran out the night before which was disappointing as we had been thinking about those all day all day but we will definitely be returning to try them at a later time. The drinks were great. Husband was a little disappointed that our server said there were no side salads only large dinner salads but we actually saw what appeared to be a small side salad served to another table. I ordered the chicken piccata it was awesome! Chicken was crispy on the outside tender on the inside and season perfectly. My husband had the flounder bourre and remarked that although it had a lot of bones in it (it was pretty much a whole flounder) it was easily the best piece of fish he had eaten in a long time. I also had a bite and it was awesome. The fish was tender seasoned perfectly. The side dishes are ala cart and he ordered the creamed spinach. I easily could have eaten a giant bowl of that with some tortilla chips it was great. My only food critique which I did tell the hostess on the way out the door was our dessert. We ordered the Bananas Foster. This is something we have eaten frequently especially in New Orleans and usually when served the bananas are cooked and hot. This dish was raw bananas drizzled with the bananas foster sauce and ice cream. Don't get me wrong it was still tasty but it would have been much better had it been cooked. As I said I did mention this to the hostess and she seemed confused remarking that she thought it was a hot dessert as well. Keep in mind this is a priceyish restaurant but we felt it was well worth it and we will be returning especially to try those figs!
