Mugshots Grill & Bar Oxford

The orfer taker Dave or David was very friendly but not good at order taking. I called in my order before my other two co-workers and when we arrived my order was not ready. He quickly ran to the back had them to throw together my burger. On my order I asked for the Comeback burger and Pow-Pow shrimp. When I got back to my office, I only had my burger, NO Shrimp. If he had put my order in on time, I would have had all that I asked for,. Management, if lunch time is a busy time put someone up there to help so that problems like this can be prevented. This was my first time ever coming to Mugshots and maybe my last.

I was contacted by management about my order. They understood where I was coming from and apologized for the problem and offered me a free lunch. I thanked them for their kindness and concern.

Great food and loved our waiter. He was attentive, but also not hovering over us. I ordered the pato and it was delicious, juicy, and the cheese was melted just right. The fries had the right amount of crispiness. If you haven't been, you need to go.

The food was good. The place has a lot of TVs. Great music! I think the wangs needed to cook a little while longer.

The customer service was awesome. Everybody loved their meal. This mushroom burger was extremely deliously good. The mushrooms extended the sweetness of the sweet buns to make a perfect blend. The rotel fries on the side and a big glass of sprite was bussing with flavor. My little sister even enjoyed a burger with peanut butter on with her weird eating habits.

The food was ok I had a pasta. Looks like everyone likes there burgers. I probably should have tried a burger. The service was good. It was clean. Price point was affordable.
