    Pre-ordered (didn't make a difference in wait) for drive-thru pickup, had to wait in line for almost 25 minutes, but took only a couple minutes to bring it out to the truck. Order was correct and food was fresh.

    Love the Chicken Mashed Potatoes and Gravy my favorite side is Red Beans and Rice

    Food is wonderful.
    Service isn't at all.
    Have been kept on hold for over 15 minutes before. They used to be great but with the newfound popularity of their chicken sandwiches the newer workers aren't yet trained enough imo. They have far more volume than previously.

    I have chicken tenders and it was good the chicken is really tender and the skin is crispy...
