Jack's

Very poor customer service. I was not greeted in any way. I stood at the counter about 3 minutes with the cashiers just standing there before she asked what she could get me. The food was ok, but could have been better. Bisquits were cold and hard. For this to be a new restraunt in Purvis, it should be better. I would also like to add, tell your cashiers to take out the nose rings.

We hardly ever eat at fast food restaurants unless it's sonic..but we couldn't get into sonic with a trailer so we stopped at Jack's and so glad we did..the food was awesome and the service was just as awesome 👌..we will definitely stop again...also the whole place including the bathrooms were very clean...

We went thru the drive thru and our order was delayed some and we were asked to pull up and they would bring it to us. they did and we was missing one thing and I walked in and was greeted promptly and they quickly gave me was left out. very friendly ppl and my chicken sandwich was amazing!

Went inside to get take out. Got 3 piece fried chicken. Tasted great. Inside was nice and clean. Went there a few days before and used the drive thru. Very fast.
