    The order taker needs a lil more training as to how to work with customers. After placing my order, I couldn't move up because there was a truck at the window cutting up with the 2 girls at the window. I was still near the order kiosk and can hear them cutting up. The lady between the truck and me didn't look to happy, and she said something to the cashier, when I pulled up the cashier was complaining to the order taker about the customer saying something to her. Both order lines were backed up due to them playing with the guy or guys in the old truck. When I got to the pick up window, I asked for the manager and she said she was and that she would talk to them a lil later. This was between 7: 18 and 7:25 pm as my order was taken at 7:18 10/05/20 in Brookhaven, Ms
