Wendy's

Last 2 visits to the Brookhaven, Ms Wendy's was disappointing. Very slow in taking orders, not very welcoming, and mostly heard several customers, including myself have to say hello to be able to place our orders. Sadly, this was my 2nd time ordering a simple order.... bacon/ cheese baked potato ? with extra sour cream, pay for extra and don't get extra. I've worked in fast food, 2 different competitors. There is no excuse for such poor service.

I always eat the Jr Bacon Cheeseburger when I go and the chilli and chives baked potatoes and those items are pretty good

My 17 year old daughter went inside to pick up our dinner. A man was harrassing her and another young lady. The manager stepped up, told him to leave and had someone walk out both my daughter and the other girl. Waited for them to get in and lock the doors before walking away. Way to go Wendy's for employing some stand up people.

The service was great! Drive-thru was the same as before the pandemic, I will surely visit again & recommend it to others!!
