    We did takeout last night and really satisfied with the quality of the food. The tamales were shredded beef in corn husks. The fajitas were in a small aluminum plate the was stuffed with the beef onions and peppers. The mix was at least 50% beef. The only thing I would change is flour tortillas instead of corn.
