Jackson Square Grill

Went there yesterday 2/19/20 for lunch with a friend and our waitress Brittany I believe her name was was awesome. I ordered a chicken meal and she wouldn't let me have it until I tasted the sauce they use because some people don't like it, kudos for her for thinking of the customer :-) it was a delicious meal. And excellent service.

Great customer service! What an amazing staff! The food is great! I love that valentine's time special! And I cant forget about that amazing bayou chicken!

I ate with a party of 6 adults & 4 kids. We were greeted warmly & seated quickly. Our waitress was sweet, well kept (nice appearance) & read our orders back to us before submitting them BUT she was not very attentive. We had to send someone to get her for refills and sauce a few times. I ordered the blackened fish but was disappointed with the taste. I could see the seasoning but honestly couldn't taste it. I suggest a seasoning with a little more kick. Everything was cooked well it just was bland.

Everything was amazing!
The New York strip was so good that it didn't need any steak sauce. If you're craving something savory, I'd definitely recommend it.
Our waiter Cole was so friendly and helpful. We must've asked him a thousand questions, but he answered them all very patiently. Our drinks never got low enough to ask for a refill. You really couldn't ask for better service.
He recommended the brownie sundae and the New York cheesecake for dessert, so we got both! They were both really tasty, but the brownie sundae was especially delicious.
We will definitely be back again and requesting to sit in Cole's section. ????

Very good! Made a reservation based on the Yelp recommendation. Probably wasn't necessary, but that's fine. The food was great. Service wasn't 5 star but a solid 4.5. between the good food, beautiful and laid-back atmosphere, and good service, definitely gets 5 stars.
