    Would be great but they won't let you add a drink or something at the window if you forget... you have to go in the store or get back in line all over again to add something... order $50 worth of food... GREAT! forget one sweet tea? HE to start all over at the back of the line or go somewhere else.... no other KFC doesthis!

    The lady in the window was one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with in the window of a fast food place. I will pray for you though because we all go through things that make us act out or be rude to someone on a impulse. You may have had a hard day so I am giving you grace. I hope things get better. Sorry if I was rude back I have had a rough day myself. 2 wrongs do not make a right. Chicken was great. I got the wrong order but was given the right one and it happened in a timely manner so can’t say anything about the food.
