Today I had the pleasure of dining at this great restaurant while on a business trip. The kitchen manager was the reason I had to try it while talking with her on her break. Im glad she recommended it. When I walked in I was welcomed and the staff was so helpful and sweet. My sandwich and salad was so good then I topped it off with a Lemon Drop. The bartender & kitchen manager were phenomenal.

So good, fresh and well prepared. Nothing like it here in Jackson area. A real original recipe sandwich shop. Not just retreads of same old stuff. Pricey but worth it.

Customer service was excellent! I had the club combo.. fries were amazing. The sandwich was savory. Very good experience.

Good food for the first visit. I got the what-cha-call-it. It has great potential but not quite there. I think the term gravy should be just that, gravy. Not a cheese sauce called gravy. That sauce would be good on a few sandwiches and maybe a good fry dip, but not gravy. I will definitely be trying again. More reviews to come.

Lou’s Southern Sandwich Company is the sibling restaurant of Lou’s Full Serv. The atmosphere is really well done. It is a counter service sort of place. I have been twice since it opened — both times with groups. All members of our groups have thoroughly enjoyed our time and meals. The staff has been helpful, even while they are getting things underfoot.

The pimento cheese dip and corn dip are excellent! Of all the sandwiches I’ve tried, I like The Slab (a meatloaf sandwich) the best. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. The fries are SO GOOD!
