Waffle House

The employees were really sweet and I went in to order a to go order. As I waited on my food, I noticed many things...the employees were very nice, they worked well together and even though I saw that one employee was trying to get together their money and things at the end of their shift, a few people came in to eat in. Not only did he stop trying to get all his orders together and counting all his orders for the day, he took the time out to wait on the people. All the employees were working together great and they were very nice and helpful towards each other. The work and customer areas were both clean and I even saw them clean up as soon as possible when someone else left. They were busy, but they still took the time out to continue to clean and make sure the customers were taken care of no matter what. My experience with them was great. They were patient with me and the other customers and were very sweet and made sure all the orders were correct too. I saw that they all were kind towards each other too and that makes a great difference when working with others and making sure the customers are happy. The food is delicious and I would highly recommend this particular location. I have health problems and my memory is not great, so they were also very patient with me. I did not have to wait too long at all and the food was just like we wanted it to be. When we go to the Waffle House, we love going to this location, not because it's the closest one, but because they care. I loved seeing them all work together to get the orders done right and still waiting on the customers in the restaurant too. I definitely enjoyed my meal and I appreciate their service and their overall experience. There was a customer who was sent by his wife and he wasn't sure if he went to the right location because he had a call-in, but even though they didn't have their call in, they took the time out and fixed everything for the customer and had it ready in no time. The employees were very sweet and did even though they were busy, they took the time to still make sure the customers were taken care of and cleaned up the tables where other customers left. I am very happy with my visit.

For christmax I enjoyed my day with my grand baby at the waffle house

Visited 12/2/2020. I've never been to tge Waffle house before. I've always heard about it and how great it was.

First time coming in we were greeted by Dede and we can sit anywhere we want. We had waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy. It all was very good. I will definitely be coming back.

Omelet was done to perfection.. the entire meal was great. Definitely will be visiting again..
