I think the owner, has a great team working for him, basically family and they care about presentation and pleasing all customers. The restaurant is always as clean as the first day it was opened. They cook chicken all day but you don't smell it. The air inside just smells fresh and clean. If you want delicious food and want to go to a place to eat and have no complaints with your oreder. I highly recommend this place. They have a variety of delicious choices.
