Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I went in on Tuesday, 11\19\19 and placed an order for a chicken sandwich, no mayo, and two apple pies. Time stamp on receipt says order was put in at 19:03. I WAS told the pies had to be cooked and, having worked for Popeyes, I know it takes several minutes to do so. However, 20 minutes had passed and my order was still not done. I inquired about my order and was quickly told they hadn't started on it yet. By the time I received my order, over 30 minutes had passed. One of the staff did offer a complimentary side or drink and I did take a drink. When I finally got the order, the sandwich was slightly warm, at best.

I understand this was one of the peak times for business at the restaurant, which was the only reason I didn't ask for a manager. I can't really say the staff wasn't doing anything because the restaurant was getting slammed and I remember Tuesdays being really busy.
