Jack's

Jack's is relatively new to me. The menu is...much! Knowing where the "line" is and or who is in line inside is a bit of a challenge and probably should be addressed (this applies to every Jack's I've been to). The food is consistent with other stores and, well worthy of the rating.

I've never had a bad meal at this Jack's, it's a blessing to Batesville for sure. Not too far off the interstate, stop by if you haven't already!

Food was good and I enjoy eating here, however the person who worked the register was both rude and barely acknowledged me when I tried to order. It took at least 20 minutes to receive my food (a basic 3 piece chicken + fries) with the entire restaurant being empty & only two people at the drive through. I really enjoy eating at Jack’s (My family and I come at least twice a week since it opened) because it’s both reasonably priced and the food is great, but the service needs to be better or I refuse to spend my money there.

Edit: I feel like there's been a difference with the service lately both times that I've returned this past week. Still highly suggest Jack's for the food!

I was definitely impressed by the atmosphere in the restaurant Customer service on point Everyone was very nice and polite Best customer service I have had since I returned to Batesville.I am a former manager in different establishments So I know what to expect I give your employees a A + I only order coffee but with the service I received I will be returning soon Thanks for the great hospitality
