I love the southern charm this place brings to picayune , the restaurant is very clean, the food is to die for!!! I mean I was very impressed with the way the food tall was cooked and with soo much flavor and love it was made with! If your looking for good old southern food this place won’t disappoint. I ate grits with shrimp for the first time ever and it was recommended by one of the lovely ladies there ❤️

I stopped by to buy some frozen snow crab legs from the market. They didn't have any in the freezer out front, but Misty was happy to get some from the freezer in the back for me. The clusters are HUGE and affordably priced for seafood. I was VERY happy with my visit! Misty's hospitality and willingness to accommodate made my visit that much better!

I love this place! food was so delicious!! Prices were fair, and the amount of food was worth it. Service was great she was so sweet the manager was as well. I will definitely be back, I can't believe it took me this long to go there.

I'm from Texas but every time I come to visit Picayune, stopping by Atchafalaya is a must! Hands down my very favorite restaurant, EVER! Best crab I've ever had, as well as the best fried mushrooms and fried cheese I've ever had. Drinks are excellent and service is always fantastic!

Service was excellent as well as the food. My server was spot on and didn't miss a beat. Food arrived in the right amount of time and was not only great but piping hot.
So, I will update a little over six weeks, and I am back. Tonight had the 16oz rib eye house salad and for appetizer the bayou bread. Everything was excellent and flavored perfectly. The salad was definitely fresh, and the bayou bread was a delightful surprise. Again, the server was spot on and attentive. Definitely a place to come to for a great meal.
