The food was amazing. The presentation of the food was top notch. It is now my wive and mine favorite place to eat. The ambiance is great for date nights. Love it. If 10 says was available I would have no problems giving 10 stars. While we were there the owner of a predominant Italian restaurant came to eat lunch and was told they are a regular customer. The homemade bread is to die for. I've recommended this little gem to everyone I know.

We have found our new go-to Italian place! The food, the service, and the value were all spot on. We had the eggplant Parmesan, Seafood Amore #1, and the calamari. All tasty!

Exceptional experience! The menu was very accommodating; variety of palates. The ingredients were fresh, presentation was excellent. Kind and professional interaction. An authentic Italian experience to say the least, right down to the decor and quaintness of a smaller dining area. I recommend this establishment 100%. Thankful to include "Amore" as one of our favorite dining locations. Enjoyed: Fresh salad, freshly baked garlic bread/knots accompanied with oils/herbs, eggplant parm with angel hair pasta, Italian creme cake.

Taking into consideration that they said they were understaffed & busy, the experience was not worth it. I did not like the atmosphere. Got a cheese stick appetizer & it was ok. The bread was not my favorite either. I ordered the beef ravioli & requested half fettuccine, half marinara sauce. The marinara was brought in a separate side bowl once I had started eating. The sauce was a little salty for me personally, it might’ve had a lot of Parmesan, which would explain a salty taste. Another person at the table ordered a dish & sent it back due to cool temperatures. They offered a tiramisu for the issue which is something. 2 of our party subbed a soup for their salad & received it in a to-go box because they reminded the waitress once again once we were done with our meal. Not worth the $90 check we ended up with for 4 people. We understand they’re short staffed and working things out just opening but again, wasn’t worth it. If you’re looking for Italian, I’d stick to Amerigos.

Solid food, good service (for brand new restaurant), great prices and wonderful desserts! Definitely glad to have another Italian option in the Flowood/Rez area. Pay no attention to the few bad reviews. Those are the kind of people that are just unhappy with life. If you like good Italian food in old buildings and you don’t have unrealistic expectations like you’re in Sicily, check this place out. If you’re like Timothy s few reviews down, do us all a favor and just go ahead and change your name to Karen.
