Very friendly and very fast. My wife wasn’t sure what to get that was low cal but still tasted great. The barista gave us a recommendation through the extremely clear speaker at the drive thru and the recommendation was excellent. Great place (but expensive).

Drive through wait wasn't bad. The staff were just amazing. Very nice and full of energy!

Unfortunately, this location is a hit or miss. I come here a lot & it usually takes 10-30+ minutes to get an order. The staff is usually friendly & knowledgeable, but some can be unpleasant with lots of attitude. This location is definitely not consistent. It’s either really good or really bad.

I order the featured cold brew drinks a lot but most of the time they are made incorrectly at this location. I was even told by an employee that the cold brew is not a popular item, so most employees don’t know how to make it properly. Not sure how that is possible because other locations don’t seem to have this issue. If it’s on the menu, all employees should how to make it.

All in all, I will continue to use this location but at my own risk. I hope they will improve.

Clean, quick, good service! A bit difficult to spot as it is below your eye line if you exit the highway coming west. Head for the Chick-fil-A and then circle around to get there.

Tonight was the first time we’ve ever been inside the Brandon Starbucks. Very nice and cozy. The staff greeted us and each one spoke to us and when we were leaving one told us to have a good night. It’s so nice to walk into a place and feel welcomed. Way to go employees working 11/19/20.
