Fit Chef - Flowood

This is my new go-to! From the ready to eat meals in-store, to the meals that I order and pick up every Wednesday, Fit Chef never disappoints.

These are prepared fresh (not frozen) but I buy to restock my freezer every couple weeks. And, it's time to restock my freezer again! The meals are healthy and taste great. They are prepped then stocked in refrigerators. But if you need a quick meal, purchase one, pop it into the microwave they have in the store, and eat at one of the tables they provide.
I typically purchase the Keto small meals because I can fit them to my macros easiest. But they have quite the selection to choose from. While they are a tad more expensive, they are HEALTHY meals that work within my fitness goals. Delicious food! You've got to try it!

Been searching for a meal prep place for a year in Jackson while I travel for work. Literally drove past this location en route to Chik fil a and decided to walk in. They have a great variety of options for ala carte which sets them apart from other companies. Also every meal I've had tastes great. The Turkey meat balls and sirloin bites are delicious!

This food was the best ever!! Freshly made meals from scratch that left me feeling satisfied!! Eating here has made my life easier with my fitness journey. Lindsey did an amazing job helping me find meals that met my goals. I am truly happy I stopped by!!!! #FitChef is my new place to eat!!!

I had the chicken parmesan given to me as a gift. I am a very picky eater, so I was skeptical.
This is the first gluten free pasta I've ever had that was Not terrible! I happily ate the entire Large meal. The zesty tomatoe sauce was really savory with the tiniest of kicks to it. The chicken tasted really good by itself and with the sauce and pasta. There were more broccoli florets than I could eat after devouring the rest of the meal.Very satisfying and enjoyable! Highly recommended 👌!
