(January 27, 2023, 1:39 am)This is a great place. The food is great, but Mateo is very strange. He gets frustrated easily and does not do well under pressure. He catches an attitude when he does not understand. He makes jokes when it comes to our food & makes inappropriate remarks. Maybe the place needs to use him as a host instead of a waitress.

(December 11, 2022, 7:16 am)We loved it!! The chips and salsa were fantastic and fresh. We ordered the guacamole, and it was delicious 😋 All of our dishes were also good. The bar has a great selection of liquor. This is our new favorite Mexican restaurant in Flowood behind El Torrero.

The owners are sweet people, glad business is picking up for them. If you live in Castlewoods, this is just as good- if not better- than the Mexican restaurant near the dogwood shopping center.
