Great service and the fact that I can eat good food and gluten free is wonderful

"Competition brings the best out of the competitiors." Jose's has been a fantastic Mexican restaurant, and with Salsa's being across the street now for a good bit of time here in 2020, I feel like it made Jose's better as well because they know if they aren't serving the best food, Salsa's is across the street.

I'm writing this review while I am at the restaurant. Came in on a Wednesday around 6:30p. Took about 5 mins for the host to realize i was waiting to be seated.
Another 5 minutes for a server to realize I was sitting & waiting to be served.
Chips & salsa doesn't feel fresh. Salsa tastes like it was made few days back with preservatives. Doesn't taste fresh or good at all. Its really hard for a Mexican restaurant to go wrong with Salsa!
Ordered grilled chicken for dinner. It was not so bad the chicken was a bit dried & not much flavor to it. Their salsa verde was nice though. Fresh & spicy!!

GREAT EXPERIENCE, hands down! Came in at exactly 6:53pm. We (3 of us) sat within seconds by a super sweet host along with taking our drink order. Then greeted by Ashley (our server) who was extremely knowledgeable of the menu, showed much hospitality and made us feel welcomed. We got our drinks, ordered, got our food, ATE GOOD and was done with our check by 7:40pm. No rush to leave or anything. It’s now 7:46pm and we are just sitting here enjoying the wonderful atmosphere! Will come back again!!! Oh, & Jose himself even came out and spoke to the folks sitting and enjoying the wonderful food.

I always love Jose’s, A nice change from Typical Mexican you get an every town. Jose puts love and heart into his cooking it’s fantastic.
