Locally owned and operated. Offering a generous size hand pie with taste of NOLA
Very good! I passed this place for a few years, because I'm not a big fan of fried food. My husband and I ate lunch here today. It was really good. I had a chicken pot pie and an apple cranberry pecan pie. They were both really good. I'm going to have to get another apple cranberry pecan before they're gone for the season. So good! Try it. You'll be so glad you did.
Delicious!
What I wanted was not in the case, so in about 8 minutes I had hot, fresh and excellent fried apple pie.
Excellent!
I cannot begin to explain how Friggin Awesome Tom's Fried Pies Actually Is!!!!!
At first I had the same thoughts as any of you would, (is Tom pickling people in the back for his pies? I know I couldn't help it when I read fried meat pie, cuz the phrase meat pie can take a person back a moment and make them think) HOWEVER................
All of Tom's Fried Pies are made with very high quality ingredients couple that with Tom's story and his Checker Playing abilities along with his personality a person would be robbing themselves of an absolutely great experience if they passed this little place up just south of Jackson on Hwy 49. It's worth the trip even with all the road work going on.
At the end of the day Tom's Fried Pies offers excellent food in fried Pie form along with a very memorable experience..
Everything at this place is delicious!! The crust is absolutely perfect! My fave combo is the chicken and vegetable followed by a pecan pie. My husband loves the roagie followed by an apple pie. We also love the pizza, broccoli and chicken, peach, blackberry, and chocolate pies. Stop by! You will be so glad you did!
