    ALL the food here i had was EXCELLENT! I have no idea how anyone can say it is bland or cold? That is the "Buffet Americana" at the Gold Strike(aka,foodpoisoningcentral)
    Sunday night i had PHO, crawfish(that were seasoned perfectly) butterfly shrimp & salad.
    The server was very nice and always kept our table clear & plenty of napkins.
    I would go here just for the buffet.

    I see a lot of negativity of this buffet. But I had a different experience. I was very please with the many options of food. It had good flavor and most of it was very good. I had tiny taste of each item just so I could review honestly. I like all the options and stations. The staff was great!!! They dance every hour now. Shirley near the door and our waitress whose named started with a D was fantastic!! I felt at home with them. The only thing that was off was self serve drink machine it came out rather flat. Made to order omelette all day and fresh fried rice and low mein noodles made to order.

    Seafood day. Crab legs. Decent food. Best of all cheap price. Very long line but not bad compare to Americana.
