    During my visit the place was jumping, but was under staffed. I had to keep reminding my waitress that I needed refills and such. My food came out in stages instead all together. When it did show up I still didn't even have silverware. I will probably go elsewhere next time.

    This was the same Huddle House I visited a year ago. A little disappointed this time. The reason: Staff shortage. About 20 people, with couples and families entering. One waitress and a cook. Both did an outstanding job maintaining customer service and order sequences. The 3 stars? The wait for your meal was long past acceptable. Bordering ridiculous. Blame management. Hopefully corrections have been made. Stop by and let everyone know.
