    Was very good service. The food was hot and delicious. The employees were kind and very respectful. They were sure to let you know any new items on the menu. Including the sauces. I really enjoyed eating there.

    This is an terrific franchise. Our meal was exceptional. The serving staff provided friendly, accommodating service. The quality and quantity of food was excellent. The dining area was extremely clean as were the restrooms. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. We will be most happy to dine at Popeyes anytime we are in New Albany.
    In the area of fast food franchises it is always easy to find something that is not acceptable. It was a pleasure to have a meal and find nothing about which to complain.
