Couldn't be happier to come across this beautifully restored B&B on Deer Creek in Leland, Mississippi. Bella and Miller were very warm and attentive, and all four of us felt welcome and comfortable. The house was magnificently decorated and our breakfast was beyond delicious.Would have liked to have been there on the weekend to enjoy their brunch, dinner, and cocktail area.

Tied of the big chain hotels, we decided to try the bed & breakfast route while traveling the Great Rive road. W we had an excellent experience. Stayed in the Skinner Room. We enjoyed two excellent meals, host & staff went out of their way to help us. The owners seem to want to be in the B & B business.
Give it a try if you are in the Greenville. MS area.

Went there for a work lunch. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. The owners were very friendly and engaging. We did not stay in any of the rooms, but would definitely be up for staying there in the future! Highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the Thompson House! The breakfasts & the 50-person lunch they catered for us were spectacular. Beautiful home & very kind hosts!

We knew we wanted an B&B and chose The Thompson House due to its proximity to the BB King Museum in Indianola, MS. The cheerful innkeepers, Bella & Miller were consummate hosts tending to every detail that made for a wonderful stay. The 2 course breakfast each morning was delicious and there were even several sweet surprises in the room, chocolates & 2 home baked cookies under glass!
