    Nothing fancy, but LOTS of good friendly service. Had some Butterfly Shrimp and appitizer sampler. Try a Home-made pie for good measure.

    Wonderful young man was my wait staff and a very fine job he did. The food was good just not as good as my waiter...Thank you young man for the excellent service. Distancing is a very hard thing to accomplish there. All in all i had a good meal for a decent price..the best was eating with my mom and Betty.

    The staff are great. They seat you right away take your order and the food is great. I've never had a bad meal all the years we've been eating there. We live in Warrenton, MO but have a farm by Paris, MO and 54 dinner is our go to place because we know we'll get good service and plenty of good food. We recommend this place to all our friends who travel up towards Mark Twain Lake area for camping or fishing.

    Very friendly staff. Good food with good sized portions. We were there for breakfast, I couldn't finish all of mine!!

    Great good - too many choices- had trouble deciding. There was a large group of us and we had no problem getting a table. We had been to a reataurant in Boone County and could not eat there because of their Covid rules. Diner 54 welcomed us and we had great service
