This food at this place is absolutely amazing, I got the orange chicken, with a large egg drop soup, the orange chicken was super delicious. I wish I could give it 100 stars 🌟 the egg drop soup is good quality, and it tastes good. I did find it to be lacking in a bit of flavor compared to other local egg drop soups. Everything else about this place is great, very friendly service. Definitely recommend you try it out for yourself.

It's a pretty good food truck in Cassville. Has to be healthier than the McDonald's a crossed the street. I had the Hibachi Chicken for $11.50. I could not finish all of it... You could split it or have a second meal.

My food could have been a little hotter but the microwave on the second meal can fix that.

I got 2 bento boxes and 2 sushi rolls. The bento boxes come with fried rice, noodles, a California roll, a choice of protein, a veggie, and 2 spring rolls. The fried rice has a good flavor, but I think the rice is a bit hard. The noodles were amazing! I think the noodles go best with the Hibachi sauce. The veggies were cooked perfectly, soft but a bit crunchy. The spring rolls were good, but I don't think it's homemade. The California roll, the rice for me, was too mushy. My choice of protein was the scallops and shrimp for my bf. The scallops were cooked perfectly, and I can taste a bit of the Hibachi sauce, but may be it's just me, I don't think it goes well with the scallops. The shrimp my bf liked it. I got the Inuyasha rolls and Hawaiian rolls. The Inuyasha rolls, in my opinion, needed more eel on the top, or a full eel would balance the thick layer of rice of the sushi and fillings. The Hawaiian roll is sweet and tastes like Hawaiian rolls 🍞. I think the Hawaiian roll is unique, and I would get it as a dessert. The sushi are a great size, but the rice is a bit mushy and too thick around the sushi, so in my opinion, the rice overwhelmed the sushi fillings. I think the sushi fillings taste great. The sushi just needs a balance portion. The wait time is average, and the employees were kind and handed me a menu paper because on that day, the sign was too bright to read.
