Bud's Classic BBQ

Best BBQ Brisket in town! The stuff just melts in your mouth it is so good! We also really liked the biscuits and tot casserole. My son loved the Turkey Sandwich and Mac n Cheese, he ate it every bite. They seem to be still working out the kinks but I believe this will be a CoMo institution for years to come!

We came into town for Thanksgiving and wanted to try something new. Bud’s is definitely a place I will go to every time I’m in town! The food was great, staff is friendly, and drinks are amazing! It’s a fun place with a definite Texas vibe. They are also have happy hour during the week from 3-6.

I used to live in Texas and I truly miss places like this. The owner seems to, as well! I love walking into the sights, sounds, and smells of what reminds me of my time in Texas. I’ve had the brisket and mac and cheese during my first and second visit, which were delightful! Today I came in and the owner suggested a sandwich with pulled pork, fried pickles, and a ranch sauce. It was AMAZING. I also had the tater tot salad/casserole which had such a homemade flare! I’m looking forward to bringing my family here in the near future!

Owner genuinely wants to do a good job. Soft opening they were busier than expected as it coincided with the first home game, and they had one person buy them out of their stock for the day. They made it right by giving us a wait time estimate, buying us a round of drinks, bringing my dog a cool bowl of water outside, and thew in a dessert as well - all unprompted. If they can figure out their quantities and business volume, they will do well. Give them a chance and don't get offended if there's only 1 dinner option. Not every restaurant is meant to fill the mold. Some are jacks of many; these guys look to arrive for mastery of 1 on a daily basis.
