Firehouse Subs

My favorite place for subs. Not always the most efficient if you eat in but always good when you order to go/grub hub.

Service and food were great. Cashier especially nice. Got a couple of plastic fire helmets for twin toddlers. They love them.

Our very first time at any Firehouse Subs and the subs were delicious! I had read about Firehouse Subs in an article and how they were some of the best fast food chain subs in America, so when we saw that there were quite a few in Missouri during our trip we just had to drop by one of them. We came thru on a Sunday afternoon and it was quiet here at first, but there were a few customers that dropped in shortly after we sat down. The employees here were extremely friendly to us from the get go. They asked if we we had been to a Firehouse Subs before, which we hadn't, and they explained the menu, how to order and the add-on items to us. They eventually asked the same question to subsequent customers, so I assume it was policy to always ask confused looking customers (like us).

I have never been disappointed with a sandwich or the placing of order at this local store. The staff are kind, and courteous. The quality of the sandwiches are very good made with fresh ingredients and made to order. I find management responsive and generally eager to make a customer happy.
