First Watch

The staff was super nice and attentive. The prices are high but to no fault of the staff and it is very delicious. The chicken avocado salad was amazing. ??

What a treat it was to be served by Jacklyn today. Within the first few moments, we knew we were in good hands. With a bubbly vibrancy and shining smile, she delivered our food in no time flat. Full of helpful suggestions. 10/10 our new weekly breakfast spot thanks to the one and only Jackie!

Sooooo i LOVE First Watch, I first went to this restaurant in Colorado Springs, CO and I'm beginning to wonder if that's just the best one out here. I could not have been more excited for First Watch to come to Columbia, but especially after today I am... disappointed. Incredibly, disappointed. First Watch quickly had become one of my favorite places, but the Columbia branch not having their sh*t together is tarnishing my love for it. I spent $50 on my order today for two people, and things came messed up. One order did not get a side, my AM super food bowl was in a cup for some reason (I've never seen them put it in a cup before and it really looks like a smaller portion than whats given in the actual paper BOWLS. NOT happy about that) and we got two morning meditation drinks and its ALL beat juice and not even filled properly to the top. I love you first watch and I understand Columbia is a new store, but if thus inconsistency and what feels like a rip off continues, I will not be giving the Columbia First Watch my business anymore, as much as that pains me to say because its literally my favorite restaurant. I cannot afford to keep giving you 50 dollar chances like this. Please, gain more consistency in the kitchen and juice bars. I do not want to have to not come back.

Love this place, however someone needs to put shades on windows. Sun is blinding in face and reflects off floor. My egg wasn’t cooked To my order and being allergic to egg whites unless they are cooked completely, was a little disappointed. Other than these two minor issues I would have given 5 stars. The food was exceptional. The service was wonderful. The wait time was horrific. We checked in online. Said it would be 45 minutes. We checked in with the front hostess about 40 min after the online check-in. We were told it would be a bit longer. We waited another 35 minutes. The online check-in needs a little work. Again, the staff and food were wonderful.
