Vegetarian dishes, galore. Could be made Vegan if desired. Friendly staff. Will be going again.

Had Jose's yesterday and was thoroughly impressed by the food, the service, and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Will definitely be going back. Our new go-to Mexican restaurant.

The outside doesn't look like much, but inside is where it counts. Absolutely fantastic food, and wonderful hospitality. Probably our most favorite Mexican restaurant in mid-Missouri.

This is a nice little spot. Hard to get to with all the construction around but it was worth the little bit of hassle. Staff was friendly, food came out quickly. I had the steak fajitas which had decent flavor they came with the standard sides. The restaurant was a little warm for my me, the standard margarita had way too much mix in it and not enough tequila. A top shelf probably would have been a better choice.

authenticity is on point. it was so cute and the layout and everything was marvelous. they had everything so beautifully set up. the chairs are so unique, they're handcrafted i believe and so colorful. it catches your attention the minute you walk in. the colors. the smell of the food. the food was amazing, it was good and super filling. you can even take some home. the service was nice and fast, it isn't like some places where they don't care about how your experience is going. they ask multiple times if everything is alright and good and if you need anything. tonight i even got 20% off on my order. it was affordable, the prices were good and not unreasonably high. not overpriced at all. you get really good quality here and i 10/10 reccomend and will be going back.
