Nourish Café & Market

We make a point to stop here every time we pass through on our way from St Louis to Omaha. Everything is fabulous with the entire menu being gluten free. So many dairy free options too and they serve reverse osmosis water! Class act with a serious commitment to quality. Owners and servers are friendly, hospitable and accommodating.

I came to Columbia for a few days. It is the only restaurant to eat. I just wish I could’ve eaten dinners there too. It’s a high energy, high vibe spot and a reflection of the owner whom I met. She is changing lives who get nourished there.

Not your typical fast food restaurant. Gluten-free, vegetarian friendly, and delicious! The prices reflect the higher quality. It's an order-at-counter restaurant, but they'll bring it to your table. They refilled our tea and picked up our dishes when done. Nice, clean, bright atmosphere.

Delicious food that's actually good for you. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It's a little pricy due to nearly all the ingredients being organic and/or locally sourced, but it's still affordable.

The outdoor seating is great when the weather is nice. The atmosphere seems to have really improved lately, I'm not sure what they changed but it's a positive change for sure.

Highly recommended.

UPDATE: I came back 4/27/23 for lunch and ALMOST took a star off. Young lady at register seemed little arrogant with us. Was it because we were from out of town?? Didn’t loved what we ate, I wish she would’ve taken the time to explain us what each thing was as we were visibly confused on what was on the new seasonal menu. Didn’t event felt like taking pictures of our meal this time, so I skipped that part and we headed out as soon as we could.

However, given organic and preservative free food availability I am leaving this 5/5 review.
