    Its clean and the employees are nice. Great food and fresh. Best one in town located on the olsld nifong.

    My brother and I popped in to Popeye's at about 12:30 PM on a Monday. There was no line, even tho this restaurant was close to a local high school. The menu was fairly simple, and we wanted to try their touted chicken, so we both ordered a two piece dinner. The gal asked what pieces we wanted, and we indicated breasts would be great. I then asked about a military discount, and she replied in the positive, if I had a ID. I showed her mine, and since we combined orders, (and by brother was ex-military) we got 50% off on both meals. What a deal, thank you Popeye's. We also ordered extra crispy, and spicy fries. Delivery was very quick, and came with a biscuit. Various condiments were available and the chicken was steaming hot. To hot to take a big bite off. The fries were nice, good flavor, and a sorta generous amount. The breasts were too large for either of us to consume both, but now we have a perfect lunch for tomorrow!
