The Heidelberg

Worth the wait!!! We wait 30 min and was very good food. We had the wings as a app they were cooked and seasoned good the I had the heidelberg burger and she got BBLT it was just good nothing fancy just good food. Can't wait to come back for a Mizzou game also the staff was great they stayed around making sure everything was good and if we needed another beer or drink.

Love the food and they usually have great deals. All of their apps are great, but the buffalo chicken dip is very good. Wide variety of items and a fun atmosphere. Normally, this is a great place to have a meal and hang out with friends. But don’t go on a game day! They don’t do “modifiers.” We asked for no Cole slaw on our fish & chips and they said the “kitchen is too busy to do modifiers.” We also asked for no sauerkraut on the Reuben and they said the same thing. Very disappointing that the company can’t take the time to meet the needs of their customers jsut because they are busy.

Lovely staff, good service and excellent food. Definitely recommend it!

I've never heard of anyone having a bad time at the Berg. If you're there for happy hour, that's prime time. Dollar off beer drafts, cheap Long Islands (fantastic), and 2 for 1 apps!

Even when things go bad, the Heidelberg does good. My gf and I had dinner and were charged 150 when it was really 32. We went over there, and explained the situation to the manager Amanda McDowell. She listened, understood completely, took our information to check it in the system, found our receipt, then refunded the difference. She even offered us drinks at the bar while we sat and waited (we declined). We’ve been coming here for years, and after that situation, I felt so moved by Amanda’s awesomeness that I wanted to leave a review. They already had good food and beer. Now I know they have good people.
