    Awesome food with even better company. Never once felt like I wasn't a part of the community. The drive out to the restaurant couldn't be prettier. Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of town. Definitely worth checking out.

    We usually have great service with a very friendly waitress, but not that night. They brought us little bits of food (not enough to go around) at a time. We had to refill our own drinks, waitress NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL! Acted like we were really putting her out if we asked for something and when we did ask for some things she never brought. They tell you they have pie for dessert when making reservations but when there they only have apple crisp!

    What a great little place out in a great small town! Our first time here with some friends that live in the area. Wow! Home style is right! Be sure and come hungry because you won't be disappointed. The special was ribs and fried catfish with all the side fixin's (ham & beans, green beans, and fresh fried potato chips). And then I made room for dessert, a cherry crisp with ice cream. By chance you still have room in that guy, ask for more after any of it, I did, and I received! Great job! We will definitely drive back down and fill some seats at this awesome restaurant!

    If your looking for some good home cooked comfort food this place is for you. The 3 course meal is served family style with very generous portions. The first course is a iceberg lettuce salad with dressing followed by a prime rib soup full of chunky potatoes and tomatoes covered in a devious beef broth. The second course comes with an assortment of hot savory meats including pulled pork and chicken fried steak with white gravy to top it all off. On the side is steaming hot corn, cheesy hash browns, and flaky cheesy biscuits. The third and final course is a warm apple crisp with cold vanilla ice cream on top. A percent finish to an amazing home cooked meal bursting with flavor.
