(November 8, 2019, 12:24 am)I just moved to the area and was excited to see there was a local brew supply shop. The owner was very knowledgeable about brewing and what substitutions were available. I’ve never been to a shop that had everything on my list for brew day. He was able to explain what substitutions were available, and why they were a good fit for the recipe. This is now my brew supply shop for the foreseeable future.
