Awesome place. The absolute best place to get breakfast. If you go home hungry, it's your fault. It's hard to find a place that makes good biscuits and gravy. There's is awesome. Plus nice, friendly, and helpful staff and manager.

Great place, rustic modern look, clean, everybody wore masks, table social distancing apart and the food was amazing! Friendly staff. If I'm back in this area again that's the place to go too

Easy to get to, right by Hy Vee. Ample parking. Bright and clean, has flat screens to see any games that may be playing. I had a breakfast burrito that was very good, asked for hash browns instead of breakfast potatoes which was not a problem and was good.

    Big Biscuits! ?

Definitely a breakfast focus but the chicken strips were quite tasty. Loved the seasonings, the cut was a little thinner than I'm accustomed to but were all tender and juicy. ?

Staff was all happy, young & energetic.

    Bonus: Tots!!

I had The Big Biscuit in St Joe this last week on Monday morning for the first time. I must say this was a very pleasant experience. The music and atmosphere were both very nice and the lobby was kept clean. I sat down to look at the menu and discovered a very nice selection of both breakfast and lunch meal item's. There was a very nice lady ready to take my order after I looked everything over on the menu. I had to try the biscuits and gravy of course which I was surprised to find was comparable to places such as Cracker Barrel or Corner Cafe. All in all I would say I will be back for a second visit to The Big Biscuit!
