Yankee Peddlers Tea Room

I always enjoy meeting my girls friends here for a half sandwich and soup. Lovely, quaint place with great tea room setting. Waitress was excellent this last visit.

Very Neat store filled with New t shirts, some bracelets & necklaces, old Memorabilia, lots of different Home Decor! Neat Decorations for the outside from Flamingos to decorative mailboxes. Stop by and check it out!

I fell in love with this place the moment the owner greeted us the door. Just incredibly sweet and bending over backwards to make us feel welcomed even though we arrived 15 minutes to closing time. You can tell they love what they do and do it with excellence! The attention to all the little details sent it over the top in my book. My whole family loved this place. All 5 of us! We went back again the next day!! The food and tea was delicious!

No matter how many times I have lunch here, I am always amazed at how consistent it is. Every visitor who dines here raves about the food. There are many tables but the atmosphere manages to stay cozy. My personal favorite is the chicken salad in whole tomatoes that they have available all summer. Even the pickiest eaters will be happy here. There is a wide range of choices and I have never heard anyone complain about their food. Excellent dessert selection. Top notch all-round!

This is a true hidden gem! Today was my first time here. It was really busy but we were seated right away.
The menu is much bigger than I was expecting for such a small place.
I ordered a hot blueberry tea to start and it was very flavorful!
For lunch my husband ordered the Sampler (soup, salad & 1/2 sandwich) Osage Turkey sandwich and chicken dumpling soup. I ordered the Sampler Great White Tuna melt and stuffed green pepper soup. The portions are perfect, the food is unique and delicious.
My husband doesn’t typically “rave” about places but this one caught him off guard. He said “we need to come here more often for lunch”!
