This was a nice surprise to find. Service here was fast and the food was at a reasonable price. If you like Smoked BBQ I suggest you try it out. Pulled pork sliders were great and I wouldn't call them sliders myself. They came on a standard size bun. The half rack of ribs were great and had excellent flavor.

It's definitely a small town hidden gem. Right of 54 HWY next to the post office in Macks Creek. It will be one of the few places just off the road to grab a well cooked meal as you head west.

If you are looking for a good hole in the wall then this is your spot. I travel often for work and try to eat as much local food as I can and I am very glad I found this place. There is nothing fancy with the decor or the atmosphere, but the service and the food make up for that 10 fold. The waitresses are as sweet as can be! When the food is presented its fairly underwhelming, but you get over that feeling real quick. It was some of the best brisket I've had in my life. Absolutely falls apart and every bit is saturated with flavor. Sometimes the meal is made by the atmosphere and presentation but sometimes you just need darn good food and that's exactly what you get here. Some meat, a bun, and an amazing experience.

Joe and Tina have made a small town, local BBQ restaurant worth the trip. We drive out from Camdenton for the best BBQ in central Missouri. Great food, great service, good prices! Try the Cowboy if you're really hungry.

A great place to eat!! Terrific BBQ and Smoked Burgers. We have eaten there several times, often with guests, and the opinion is the same.... "one of the best ever eaten". Service is great , atmosphere is very comfortable. Just can't be beat and very reasonable prices.
