First time hear and everything was made fresh with vibrant colors and flavor. It's a great modern fusion of Thai food

My chicken sate' was absolutely delicious as was my pineapple fried rice with shrimp. The servings were extremely generous, so much so that I took home enough food for a second meal. Our waitress was exceptionally good. Great dining experience.

Cape’s hidden jewel! More than just the best sushi in town. Wonderful, healthy, and beautiful entrees that’ll leave you feeling the warmth and love that they were prepared with. Also, the kitchen and kitchen staff are extremely clean and sharp. Fantastic gluten-free and vegan options as well. Safe to say I’m hooked!

My husband and I were in town to watch the OVC Outdoor Track championships and we're looking for a local restaurant, not a chain. We came across Bistro Saffron in an online search and decided to check it out. We were NOT disappointed!!! The service was fantastic, friendly and overall wonderful. However, the food, oh the food was beyond what we expected. We ordered three sushi rolls, pad Thai, and Curry. Everything was incredible!! We travel a lot and this was hands down some of the best sushi, curry and pad Thai we've ever had. This place is special and a hidden gem that more people need to know about. Keep up the amazing job!

Sushi was great, service was awesome. What a nice surprise to find this place while traveling through the area. If we lived here it would be on regular rotation.
