(October 23, 2018, 10:34 pm)I bought a “cold” slab of yesterday’s ribs to be warmed later at home. Suggestion to the company for proper packaging:
1. Lightly moisten the slab (vinegar, water, butter, sauce, or whatever your taste)
2. Wrap the slab in plastic wrap (important)
3. Wrap again in tin foil.
4. Warm in the oven AS WRAPPED.
Step 2 will help keep the ribs moist.
Don’t let the ribs dry out before packaging.
