The food has never disappointed me. The wait staff always does their best to make sure all your needs are met. They have a Mexican buffet that is always a great option when you want Mexican, but can't decide on just one thing. Great place to take friends and family.
We enjoyed our first visit and do plan to go back. The only reason I knocked my review Down a star is because we came right during lunch time and many of the trays on the buffet were empty and did not get refilled during our visit. It was kindof annoying especially considering one them was the shredded cheese. But also enchiladas and a few other of my favorites that I was hoping to try.
Otherwise the food tasted great and the staff were very friendly.
Great Mexican restaurant. Service was excellent and so was the food. Prices were great! I think the entire bill was under $55 for all 6 of us at lunch time. I couldn’t eat my entire burrito. Very friendly staff made the meal even better!
This was the first time we have been to eat here. I highly recommend this restaurant. Food was very good, service was great and family friendly atmosphere. Potions are very generous. Restaurant has a beautiful decor. Very comfortable and clean. Prices we're moderate, equivalent most popular "chain restaurants" with far better service and food. El Torero is easy to find and there is plenty of parking. If you are coming from interstate 57, it's a straight shot down Williams (the road you come onto off 57) to Kings highway intersection. It is located in Town plaza easy visibility off road.
I like this place a lot. Their food is good. Their service is always kind and professional. My issue today is that I just used Door Dash for the first time, and they brought me something that barely resembles what I ordered.. I ordered a shrimp chimichanga. These come with a salad, beans, and rice. I instead have received a shrimp fajita, but there are no tortillas? There also were no sides at all. The salsa is also the most watery salsa I've ever seen, and I don't remember it being like this before. The salsa was also cold. I'm very lost at how weird this all is. I'm hoping this establishment can maybe try to make it up for me because I would really like to continue doing business with a place that makes such great food.
