Good food. I like the app.

The employees/manager that worked tonight are OUTSTANDING! Extremely kind and willing to help me out because I didn't have my phone which had their app on it, and had my $ loaded on it and points I use all the time. They were very busy because they were closing up for the night and lots of people in the drive thru. With all that was going on, the manager (I believe), stopped what he was doing, came over to me and he helped me with my issue. He wrote down a specific phone# and explained what to do. He knew his employer (Starbucks) like the back of his hand and treated me with respect. He was very kind, caring and knew exactly what he was doing. He should be running his own store. I wanted to thank him and all the employees working tonight. Props to you for running the Starbucks in Belton, MO like a well oiled machine!!

From what I've experienced this Starbucks exceeds my expectations of a coffee house. The staff has always been friendly, professional and on point. They accidentally iced my daughter's drink and gave it to her for free and immediately got her the correct order after apologizing tremendously. Their food is always fresh and tasty. Would recommend to anyone that wants an amazing pick me up.

Exceptionally friendly staff and customer service. They made us feel at home rather than a transaction. As expected, coffee was delicious, too. They set a standard for Starbucks in my opinion.

Love the atmosphere! The staff is always very helpful and friendly! Great place to grab cup of coffee and meet up with a client or friend! The drive thru is always fast and efficient as well! Thanks!
