Dickey's Barbecue Pit

All the food here is good, but the burnt ends are the best! And, if you haven't ordered their Cajun deep fried turkey, you should. It is very moist and has great flavor.

The ribs were dry and cold. I had takeout there 2 weeks ago and they were fresh and hot. Loved them. Not so this time. ?

Good specials. Love the jalapeño cheddar sausage. Very good pulled pork.

I didn't really enjoy any of the food. All the meat was dry, sauces were okay, and the sides were average at best. However, the customer service was absolutely fantastic. The guys working were amazing and friendly, they made the experience enjoyable even when the food was lacking. I would debate coming back and trying some other options, hoping for the absolute best, solely because the service was so great. Food was maybe a 4/10 but service bumped the overall review up to 6/10.

I've ate here 3 times now. I love their smoked meats! Free soft-serve ice cream after you eat!
The only thing that I find odd about eating here is the staff. The male workers are always very pleasant and accommodating, not so much the females. They are never smiling and they are rather rude. It's been that way every time I've ate there.
